The Rotor Performance Guarantee applies when any rotor fails due to any defect or anomaly in the rotor. Rotor redemption eligibility will be in the form of a credit that will be applied to your Zoetis account. Credit will appear on or around the 10th of each month for the total rotor credits accumulated in the previous month. Rotor credits need to be reported within 30 days to be eligible. The Performance Guarantee does not include cancellations or assay suppressions due to improper rotor storage or operator error.*

ELIGIBILITY & CREDIT
The Rotor Performance Guarantee covers any rotor that fails due to any defect or anomaly in the rotor. Forms must be submitted within 30 days following the error date in the report. Zoetis will provide 100% credit to the customer. The guarantee does not include cancellations or assay suppressions due to improper rotor storage or operator error.
